Long arm Quilting Services
Providing Computerized Edge to Edge Quilting
for local and nationwide quilters
-
I love to help people take a quilt top and turn it into a useable cuddly quilt. I offer computerized edge to edge longarm services.
-
Press your top and backing, and fold (on the bias is great to reduce wrinkles) so that it’s nice and tidy and ready for me to load to the longarm.
Mark the top of the quilt with a safety pin or tape.
Clip stray threads or raveling fabric as best you can. You might not be able to get them all, but to prevent dark threads from showing through your quilt top, please don’t skip this important step.
Quilting Design and Thread choices
I am always happy to help select a quilting design once I see your quilt. Sometimes you just want the project finished after all that hard work sewing the quilt top!
Ensure your backing is at a minimum of 4 inches larger than your quilt top ON ALL sides. This is to ensure I have enough fabric to attach to the longarm to keep your quilt well clamped and pinned for a beautiful result.
-
One design over the entire quilt at $0.0275 per square inch (multiply your width x height to get total sq in)
Minimum charge $60
Batting - you may supply your own, or select from my current available option - Warm and Natural $0.35 per linear inch
I also offer machine binding (one or two sides)
Miscell charges may be incurred for additional seaming, mending, squaring or pressing as needed
Return shipping is an additional cost

I use Glide 100% polyester thread
Can you help me pick a design and thread?
Yes - always happy to offer help as needed.
